Weight Diary

I started working on my weight and toning up Oct 25, 2013. I started this weight loss journey at 128 lbs. My goal is to get down to 123, which I consider my 'fighting/feel best' weight.  I will start to record my feelings etc here. Today is November 5, 2013. I am currently at 125.6 lbs weigh this morning. I have food and exercise totals at my Spark page, but I can't write other 'stuff' there.

Abs, thighs and buttock work needed here! A little more arm strength wouldn't hurt either!


My goal is to get back my 6 pack abs. I USED to have those. Something like this:



While Winter is fast approaching, and I won't be able to get outside as much because of that, I
do have other alternative exercise options. Elliptical exerciser, big ball, several CD's, Wii games and exercisers, a rowing machine, weights etc. So there are NO excuses!
